We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as an Accounts Assistant. The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for supporting the accounting department in various tasks, including but not limited to Income Audit daily reports and Accounts Receivable. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.



Knowledge of Opera Cloud and Micros is essential.


Main responsibilities of the Accounts Assistant include, but are not limited to:




Conduct daily audits of revenue sources, including but not limited to room revenue, food and beverage sales, and other income-generating activities. Verify the accuracy of revenue transactions by comparing records, receipts, and other documentation. Identify and investigate discrepancies or irregularities in financial records, promptly reporting findings to management. Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to revenue reporting and recording. Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and accounting, to reconcile discrepancies and resolve issues effectively. Prepare detailed reports summarizing audit findings and recommendations for corrective action. Contribute in maintaining an excellent level of service in conjunction with the minimum requirement of the LQA standards at all times.
