The Role

Caravan is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-driven

Accounts Assistant

to join our growing finance team. In this role, you'll support the day-to-day financial operations of a busy hospitality group, helping us keep everything running smoothly while contributing to a purpose-driven, people-focused business.

What you'll do

As an Accounts Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

Acting as the primary point of contact for supplier and customer finance queries Accurately processing purchase invoices from our suppliers Posting and reconciling bank transactions using our accounting system Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies Supporting the wider finance team with month-end tasks Assisting with general finance administration and ad-hoc duties
