The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for credit control, petty cash management, financial tasks, communication with team members, and basic accounting duties.Key Responsibilities:
General Invoicing
Start of week filing
Bank Reconciliation
Chasing payment for overdue invoices
Preparing monthly, quarterly & annual management information when required
Reporting and data analysis
General administrative / adhoc duties to support the team.
Qualifications
Credit Control and Petty Cash management skills
Experience with Xero is preferred, but full training will be provided.
Experience in Finance and Accounting
Strong Communication skills
Attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Relevant certification or degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field (preferred but not essential)
Disciplined and self motivated with a hands-on approach and good team player
Thrives in a fast-paced, startup-style environment where adaptability and initiative are valued

Pay: 24,420.00-25,500.00 per year
