The Couture Club are looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant. An Accounts Assistant that has a wealth of experience in debits, credits, invoices, and reconciliations; likes structure, routine and knowing exactly what their job is.
Handling the daily finance; invoicing, reconciliations, keeping everything neat, accurate, and ready for the Management Accountant to take over at month-end.
Key responsibilities and duties:
Management of Accounts Inbox, liaising with customers and suppliers.
Raise sales invoices, investigate and resolve queries. Credit control duties where required
Matching purchase invoices to POs, processing and raising disputes where necessary
Supplier statement reconciliations
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Assisting with various month end tasks, including prepayments and accruals.
Skills:
12 months transactional experience
Strong communication and organisational skills
Appreciation of confidentiality
High level of attention to detail and ability to find errors
Experience of SAGE 50 essential
AAT Level 2 or strong excel skills
