Accounts Assistant - 12 month Fixed term contract (Maternity cover), 25 hours per week
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistants to join our Daventry based team, on a part-time basis (25 hours per week) on a 12 month fixed term maternity cover contract.
The role could be flexible to allow for school hours.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the Finance Director with specific responsibility for:-
Credit Control
Sales Ledger
Purchase Ledger
Bank reconciliations
Nominal ledger
Experience
- Previous experience in all areas of responsibility
- Sage experience preferred
-Our service business uses a Service Management System (Job Logic) that integrates with our Sage Accounting software - training will be given on this if required.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Job Type: Part-Time, Maternity cover (25 hours per week, 12 month fixed term contract)
Pay: 13.30 per hour
