Patrington Haven Leisure Park, are an award winning, family run, Holiday Park situated in the village of Patrington, on the outskirts of Hull. Winners of the 'Holiday Park of the Year' award 2017, 2018, 2019 & 2022.



At the heart of the Park there are the 5-star facilities, known as 'The Country Club' which is home to a state of the art gym & fitness suite, swimming pool, bar & restaurant and a Spa.

We're looking for an Accounts Assistant with Reception Duties to support both our finance team and front desk operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers while also delivering excellent customer service.

In the administrator role your duties will include answering customer enquiries, accepting deliveries, sales admin & after-sales cover, cash handling and general office duties.

Key Responsibilities:



Accounts Duties:

Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, handling mail, and making phone calls. Process invoices, manage sales and purchase ledgers, and work with spreadsheets. Ensure all payments, amounts, and records are accurate and up to date. Record and file cash transactions, process expense requests, and perform bank reconciliations. Manage credit control and follow up on outstanding debts.
Reception Duties:

Answer and direct phone calls, assist with customer inquiries, and process payments. Provide updates on job requests and holiday home services. Greet holiday home owners and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment. Sort and distribute mail, receive deliveries, and assist owners with their post. Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the guest experience.
What We're Looking For:

Strong attention to detail and good numerical skills. A friendly, professional, and approachable attitude. Good organisational skills and the ability to multitask. Experience in accounts, administration, or customer service is beneficial but not essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is an advantage.

Working Days:

4 days, Sunday to Wednesday

Working Hours:

9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Rate of pay

: Subject to experience
