Full Time - 40 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7 (Monday - Friday)
Salary of 25,397 plus Tronc, approx 1500+ per annum

A rare opportunity has arisen for the position of Accounts Assistant on the Swinton Estate. You will be responsible for assisting with the Hotel, Bivouac and Estate accounts; namely all major processing and reconciliation of revenue, invoices and cash to Sage 50 Accounts. No accounts experience necessary, you just need to be the right person and like tea and cake!

We are looking for:
Hotel experience is essential (not necessarily accounts)
A cheerful and positive personality
Good computer skills and knowledge of hotel reservations and finance systems
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent time management and organisational skills
A responsible and detail-oriented approach to tasks
Ability to work alone or as part of a team
Willingness to support other departments in times of crisis
Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Good spoken and written English
