Accounts Assistant to join our small but busy team. This is a great opportunity for someone with enthusiasm and attention to detail who is looking to grow with a fast-developing company.
Duties & Responsibilities
Record and maintain daily financial transactions.
Assist in preparing financial and management reports.
BANK RECONCILIATION
Updating and reconciling financial ledgers
Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets for the company
Preparing financial documents such as purchase orders and bank statements
Verifying company expenses, bank deposits and bank payments
Reporting discrepancies, mistakes or potential fraud to senior management
Complying with financial laws and regulations alongside in-house policies
Keeping their personal accounting qualifications up to date
Key Skills & Experience
Relevant qualification in finance or accountancy ( ACCA, ICAEW)
Ability to work effectively within a diverse team.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
