KCR Solutions are delighted to be working with this highly successful business on the outskirts of Newcastle to recruit an Accounts Assistant. Your duties will be as follows:
Responsible for sorting, coding, and posting of sales and purchase invoices
Ensuring invoice queries are dealt with efficiently
Reconciling supplier statements and following up on discrepancies
Preparing weekly payment runs
Managing daily bank reconciliations
Maintaining and updating the cash book
Reconciling cash book entries with bank statements
Processing weekly payroll and collating data
Preparing and submitting VAT returns
You will have worked in a similar role and be AAT part or fully qualified or qualified by experience. Strong Excel skills are essential.
