Tennants UK is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. Main duties include monitoring & reporting on the Company's Costings using Sage 200. Working within an established team, the successful applicant will report to the Finance Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
Purchase ledger processing including Purchase Invoices & Credit Notes
Credit control using Credit Hound software to automate processes
Customer statements in line with customer requirements
Processing of customer credit Notes
Rental Invoicing
Processing of Sale Invoices using our document management portal.
Processing Sale Invoices onto customer portals
Querying supplier invoices
Managing repeat supplier charges
Taking calls and responding to emails accordingly
Setting up of new suppliers to ensure compliance with supply chain requirements.
Ordering ad hoc items
Provide cover for the team as and when required full training will be given.
Various ad-hoc projects required by the Assistant Accountant and Finance Manager.
