Job Description

I currently have an opportunity working for a Manufacturing business who are based in Sheffield. Due to expansion they\'re looking for an Accounts Assistant to join on a part time basis for between 20 - 24 hours per week.

The role will offer lot of flexibility and would be an ideal opportunity for someone who would need to do the school run. On offer is a salary of between \xc2\xa322,000 - \xc2\xa325,000 (pro rata) and the possibility of working one day at home per week.

Duties:

- Processing invoices
- Matching invoices
- Coding invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- VAT returns
- Credit control
- Payment runs
- General office admin

Experience required:

- Experience processing a high volume of invoices
- Computer literate and able to work on accounting software
- Knowledge of banking systems and reconciling accounts
- Experience managing an office and basic administration tasks
- Able to process VAT returns (desirable)
