Job Description

Fantastic opportunity to join a local expanding accountancy firm with a client base that crosses a wide scale of sectors including retail, agriculture, construction and hospitality.

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to -

Office Administration

This will include tasks such as update of office databases that control the movement of work through the office, review client anti money laundering compliance, review and update of engagement letters, maintenance of office debtor control account together with other tasks to ensure the smooth running of the accountancy practice.

Book Keeping

A good working knowledge in the use of either Sage 50; Sage Business Cloud and Xero software packages is essential. You will be required to input and process information on book keeping software together with producing and reading reports for final accounts preparation purposes.

Corresponding with outside organisations and clients

This will include corresponding with the HMRC, solicitors, Revenue Commissioners etc to resolve queries or obtain information

Working Hours

Part time hours together with school term time working schedule can be negotiated.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
