Accounts Assistant
Michael Spiers is an independent local family business established in the South West during the 1950's. Michael Spiers offers its customers an extensive selection of diamond and gem set jewellery including watches from the major Swiss brands.

We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to work alongside our Financial Controller and join our friendly team.
The role is a full-time permanent position, working 9:30am -5pm Monday to Friday in Plymouth.
Experience in using Sage is essential as well as working in an accounts' environment. Other duties will include sales ledgers, purchase ledgers, nominal ledgers and any other tasks that may be required to meet the expectations of the business.
Accounting qualifications preferable but not essential.
Good attention to detail is essential, as well as reliability, to ensure our stakeholders' expectations are met. In return we can offer flexibility and the opportunity to be part of an amazing team.
Experience:
Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
Salary
circa 27k depending on experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 27,000.00 per year
