The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. This role is vital in supporting our financial operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes. The successful candidate will contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional facilities management services with integrity and professionalism.
Responsibilities
Manage data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to support financial records.
Processing invoices and bills
Maintain organized financial documentation and files.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients regarding account information.
Support the finance department in preparing reports and analysis.
Handle phone enquiries related to account queries with professionalism.
Skills
1 year experience in accounts
Experience using BigChange
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient with computers, especially knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
