We are looking for an accountants assistant that will support our purchase ledger Accounts Assistant and our Assistant Accountant. If you want to work in a busy environment and can work with attention to detail as a number one priority then we would like to speak to you. Motor trade experience would be beneficial but not essential as it is more important to employ the right people.

There is a requirement to work each day, within the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with timings agreed to suit the successful candidate (Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week).

Duties/Responsibilities:

Purchase ledger - input invoices / statement reconciliation / payments

General accounts support for the finance team including payroll.

Ability to manage own workload

Pro-active approach to process improvement and problem solving

Good IT skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 26,000.00 per year
