What you'll do

Help identify and implement ways AI or automation can make the finance process faster and smarter Reconcile payments and handle bookkeeping Process insurer statements and aged debt reports Liaise with third-party providers and suppliers Work closely with the leadership team to refine systems and improve efficiency

What we're looking for

A genuine interest in

technology, automation, or digital transformation

3+ years' experience in an accounts or finance role AAT or Business Administration qualification (preferred) Problem solver with strong communication skills Organised and able to manage multiple priorities Independent, proactive, and curious about how things work Positive, can-do attitude with an entrepreneurial streak
