As an

Accounts Assistant

based in

Ripon

you'll be responsible for:

Ensuring all required month end inputs are processed accurately and in line with the month end timetable Supporting the team in identifying and highlighting risks and opportunities and communicating this to management on a timely basis Responding effectively to information requests from the business and responding to queries from branches on their branch accounts Preparation of management accounting and financial reporting within agreed deadlines

This is a full-time, permanent hybrid role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8.00am - 5.00pm or 8.30am - 5.30pm.

And here's what we'd like you to have:

Previous finance experience or a finance degree A keen interest in finance with a willingness to learn and develop Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the use of pivot tables and lookups, is desirable Ability to manipulate data and work with large complex data sets
