Finance & Admin Officer
to support our day-to-day financial and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
Quarterly VAT Returns:
Prepare and submit accurate VAT returns on time.
Payroll:
Manage monthly payroll for 30 staff, ensuring compliance with current legislation.
Invoice Recovery:
Track and follow up on outstanding client invoices and manage debt recovery processes.
Financial Analysis:
Produce reports and insights based on company financial data to support strategic decision-making.
Administrative Support:
Provide general admin support across the business as needed, including document management and internal reporting.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience
with VAT and payroll processes.
Strong working knowledge of
Sage
and/or
Xero
accounting software.
Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
