Job Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated person to join our team. As we are a small team, the right candidate is important therefore experience should not be a barrier to applying as all necessary training can be given. The role will involve general accounts practice work, from processing payroll to preparing vat returns and accounts, as well as personal and company tax returns. You will also be required to undertake administration work and liaise with clients. You will need good organisational and customer service skills as well as being able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities



Working with customer accounts and taxation documents, maintaining client bookkeeping systems General Admin work Handling customer calls and e-mails, greeting visitors. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders regarding financial matters. Processing weekly/monthly payroll and preparing accounts as well as personal and company tax returns. Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by senior staff.

Qualifications



We are looking for either a trainee, part qualified or qualified person. AAT through to ACCA training will be available to the right candidate.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 24,000.00-35,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 37.5 per week
