PURPOSE OF ROLE:
To be an integral member of the Accounts Team dealing with a wide range of tasks as detailed below.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Processing incoming cheques
Processing client and disbursements Payments
Clearing client Balances
Aged debt analysis and credit control
Balancing ledgers at final billing stage
Updating spreadsheets
Dealing with fee earner queries
Closing client files
Complying with Solicitors Regulatory Authority Rules
Other accounts admin jobs as required
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Attention to Detail
Good mathematical skills
Basic Excel/Microsoft skills
Ability to communicate effectively
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Working with a case management system
