About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Accounts Assistant to join our team on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for someone with a can-do attitude who enjoys working in a dynamic environment. Training will be provided, so while some computer experience is beneficial, enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key.

Sales Ledger - all aspects such as maintenance, updating, credit limits etc Cash and credit account processing Resolve queries with customers and branches via phone and email Monitoring and reporting of aged debt Chase and resolve debts Sending of Statements Assistance with Purchase Ledger when required Project work Bank Allocation & Reconciliation Invoicing and credit notes Month End Procedures
About You

Some computer experience (training will be provided)

A positive, proactive approach to tasks

Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others

Organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
