We have an exciting, urgent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our finance team based in Stirling to process supplier invoices and support monthly management accounting requirements.
About the role
Key responsibilities will include:
Processing invoices and update pricing for specific suppliers.
Manage supplier queries and payment systems.
Support with month-end journals and analysis.
Effective planning and organisation to meet weekly and monthly deadlines.
Provide ad hoc financial support to the wider team.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong numerical and Excel skills.
Excellent communication.
Self-motivated and proactive.
Familiarity with Dynamics365 is essential
