Your main tasks:

Understand ESG regulations, especially the Plastic Packaging Tax, and develop methods for data collection and reporting. This includes spending time at manufacturing plants to weigh plastic packaging. Identify potential R&D projects, check if they qualify, calculate expenses, and report findings to Management and External Tax Consultants, working closely with engineering teams. Review and document the purpose and management of each general ledger (GL) account. Audit GL accounts and provide feedback on any errors or discrepancies.

Strong oral and written communication skills, able to engage across all levels of the organization. Comfortable spending time on the shop floor for hands-on data collection. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office experiance with SAP would be advantageous Self-motivated and able to work effectively under pressure. Studying toward Chartered status, this can be supported by the company
