An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Assistant to work alongside the existing Finance team at one of the UK's most modern and professional vehicle salvage agents and parts recyclers based in Thame, Oxfordshire.
The main responsibility of the Accounts Assistant role will involve dealing with the Purchase Ledger and Credit Control
Duties will include:
Processing supplier's invoices onto SAP
Inputting invoices onto Fleetcheck (Database)
Payment runs and supplier statement reconciliation
Ensuring all payments are reconciled on suppliers accounts
Preparing daily payments when requested
Posting credit card transactions
Credit control for Parts customers to include posting receipts
Cash counting daily
