Accounts Clerk

Responsibilities
Process purchase invoices and match them to delivery notes and purchase orders.
Assist the team with general administrative tasks
Assist with sales ledger activities, including raising invoices and chasing outstanding payments.
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.
Support month-end activities such as journals, accruals, and reconciliations.
Maintain accurate financial records and update internal systems.
Deal with supplier and customer queries in a professional manner.
What we are looking for
Previous experience in an accounts or administrative role (preferred but not essential).
A willingness to learn and develop within a finance role
Strong numerical ability and excellent attention to detail.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic finance software would be helpful.
Strong communication skills and a helpful, team-oriented attitude.
Ability to manage workload, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour
