CField is seeking an experienced and motivated Accounts Assistant to join our existing Finance team in Ireland.


SUMMARY OF ROLE:





Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Accounts Assistant is responsible for managing the company's outgoing financial transactions. This role ensures that all invoices are processed efficiently and accurately, maintaining strong relationships with vendors and supporting the finance team with reporting and reconciliation tasks.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:





Duties include but are not limited to:


Processing of invoices through document capture via E-Vision software

Matching Invoices to GRN's

Creditor Reconciliations

Compiling of weekly Supplier Payment Runs

Credit Card Receipt Processing and reconciliation of same.

Processing of Monthly Employee Expenses

Assisting with Bi monthly VAT Returns

General reporting to include weekly AP reports, Overheads Reports & JCR Reports.

General administration to include but not limited to, maintaining the AP Inbox, addressing queries from internal and external contacts and dealing with utility companies


KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:




Minimum 1 years' relevant experience in a similar role

Ability to handle fiscal information with sensitivity and discretion

Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills

Efficient, organised individual who can multi-task and meet deadlines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Experience in Construction is preferable but not essential

Experience in EVision is preferable however training will be provided
