We're looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant with a keen eye for detail and a passion for working with data to support our Financial Controller.

Responsibilities:
Reporting to our Finance Controller, duties include:
Support the operations of the accounts, HR and administration function to ensure timely processing of data.
Accounts receivable
Administration of Ecommerce payments
Purchase ledger
Processing and allocating bank payments
Bank reconciliation
Payroll
Quarterly royalty reporting
Support month end, processes to include accruals and prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations
Sales reporting & commission
Assist with departmental budget and forecast variance analysis
Maintaining process documentation on SharePoint in line with company document control process
Provide ad hoc administrative support to the Finance Team and Senior Leadership team as required
Skills and experience:
Essential
Understanding of double entry.
Proven track record in finance and accounting roles
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
Desirable
Familiar with NetSuite ERP
AAT Level 2 or equivalent
Prior accounting experience in a SaaS business
