WeDo Tyres are looking for a part-time experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team on a temporary 3-month basis, with the potential to lead to permanent.

WeDo Tyres are a mobile tyre fitting business, based in Claines and currently operate 12 vans across the central belt, and other areas.

We are in our 4th of trading, and our growth has been phenomenal, however, we are still to develop efficient processes for our business, particularly in the finance area.

We are looking for someone who is capable of helping us get up to date and then assist us in putting the systems, processes and procedures in place in line with our growth plans.

We need someone who can hit the ground running, will think outside the box and had an adaptable attitude towards problem solving.

Our account package is Xero, so experience of this system is essential along with a very good working knowledge of excel.

You will also need to have strong fundamental knowledge of bookkeeping, P&L, balance sheets.

This can be a hybrid role and are flexible on the hours worked, based on 25 hours a week.

The pay for this role is between 25,000-30,000, on a pro rata basis, depending on experience.

We are looking for an immediate start.
