DGP Intelsius specialises in the design, manufacture and supply of temperature-controlled packaging and regulatory-compliant sample transport solutions.

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE:



To accurately process financial transactions on sales & purchase ledgers. Support the rest of the team with other admin tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:



1. Sales ledger: finalising customer invoices, credit control, remittance processing

2. Purchase ledger: processing supplier invoices, in line with internal checks

3. Management of Aged Debtors/Creditor accounts

4. Resolution of queries and statements

5. Processing & posting of incoming bank transactions and creating payments through online banking systems

6. Ad hoc other reporting

7. Perform various administrative duties e.g. ordering of miscellaneous supplies, filing, note taking & other tasks

ESSENTIAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE



Attention to detail and accuracy essential

Computer literate - Experience of Microsoft Office packages

Must be able to accurately follow all company processes and procedures

A positive, focused individual who can work in collaboration with other people internally and externally with a polite, confident and friendly manner

Good general education background including English and Maths qualifications

Excellent communication skills - verbal and written

PREFERRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE



Accounting experience and use of Sage Line 50 system

Experience and confidence with interacting with customers by telephone

Knowledge of processing Business to Business Sales

Initiative and desire to improve situations, systems and processes

Adaptability

Be able to work on own initiative

WORKING HOURS



37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, office based - Flexibility in exact working hours can be discussed.
