We are seeking an experienced Full Time Accounts Administrator/Credit Controller, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
The successful candidate will be responsible for:-
Processing of Customer/Supplier invoices using Sage.
Chasing customers debts by telephone and e-mail and reducing debtor days.
Investigating and resolving queries relating to non-payment of invoices.
Allocating payments in accordance with customer remittances.
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
An organised approach to handle multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
Processing Nest Pension contributions online via NEST portal.
Carrying out pre-sale credit checks using Experian.
Preparing Customer Terms and Conditions.
Reconcile monthly supplier statements.
Photocopying and filing.
Maintaining our holiday chart.
Ensuring Internal databases are maintained to an exceptional standard.
General administrative support.
Ad hoc duties as and when to support other departments.
This is an office based role within our Accounts dept.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Accounts Manager and Managing Director.
