Are you an organised and detail-driven accounts professional looking to join a friendly, fast-paced business where your work really matters? We're looking for an Accounts Clerk to become a valued member of our Accounts team at our Norwich Head Office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with purchase ledger or accounts clerk experience who enjoys working with numbers, solving queries, and supporting the smooth running of a busy finance function.

What you'll be doing
You'll play a key role in ensuring our financial records are accurate and up to date, with responsibilities including:
Matching, checking, coding and inputting invoices into Sage
Preparing weekly supplier BACS payment runs
Reconciling supplier statements and resolving invoice queries
Processing staff expenses and customer refunds
Setting up and maintaining supplier accounts
Processing consumer finance agreements
Assisting with the annual audit

What we're looking for
Previous experience in a Purchase Ledger or Accounts Clerk role
Strong administration skills and attention to detail
Experience handling confidential information
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Proficiency in Sage accounting software desirable
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
A flexible, reliable and customer-focused approach
