Job Summary

Pinnacle Works Ltd is a growing construction company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across West Sussex. We are looking for an experienced Accounts Controller to join our team and take ownership of the day-to-day financial management of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing daily accounts operations, including invoicing, reconciliations, and credit control Managing company cash flow, budgets, and forecasting Running payroll and pension contributions Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports Working closely with project teams to monitor costs and profitability Ensuring compliance with HMRC and industry regulations Using and maintaining Xero Accounting Software effectively
About You:

Previous experience in a similar accounts/finance role (construction industry knowledge highly desirable) Proficient in Xero and confident with MS Excel Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a small, busy team Proactive and reliable with strong communication skills
