The Role
As an
Account Executive
, you'll manage and advise active clients, and navigate new clients to utilise our payment services. You'll be responsible for assisting clients move money around the globe safely and securely, advising them on currency volatility and updates on global news that may affect how they collect or send funds.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and understands the intricacies of the fintech and payments landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a seamless and professional experience from onboarding through ongoing engagement.
Develop a deep understanding of each client's business model, risk profile, and international payment needs.
Build long-term relationships based on trust, responsiveness, and expertise.
Present Capital Clan's full suite of banking, FX, and payment solutions to prospective clients.
Work closely with the leadership team to develop tailored proposals and pricing strategies.
Meet or exceed agreed sales and revenue targets.
About You
Minimum 2 years of experience in a regulated payments business or Money Services Business (MSB).
Strong knowledge of the fintech ecosystem, including international payments, crypto, and FX.
Demonstrated ability to generate and close sales opportunities whilst retaining clients.
Confident in engaging with senior stakeholders and navigating complex B2B sales cycles.
Comfortable working autonomously and in a fast-growing, distributed team.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel for events and networking opportunities.
