Local Village Network (LVN) is a charity committed to ensuring that all young people have access to positive networks and opportunities, regardless of background. We connect schools, young people, and corporate partners to create meaningful mentoring, volunteering, and career experiences.
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and people-focused
Account Executive
to join our small but passionate team. This is an entry level role supporting the entire LVN team. Through this support you will get to know every aspect of the charity and be able to understand how a small charity works.
Key Responsibilities
To support the Amplify Me Account Manager to deliver the 12 programmes we run every half term
To support the Online Mentoring Account Manager to deliver all our online mentoring programmes
To be able to deliver our In-school mentoring programmes in case of emergencies
To support the CEO and COO in the running of the LVN Youth Board
To support the CEO and COO in the running of the Systemic Change Strategy
To keep the LVN Bible up to date
Along with our Online Mentoring Account Manager, liaise with our Tech Manager to ensure all tech needs are briefed in and added to the spreadsheet with dates and timings
Gather social media content
Support the CEO with the CRM system ensuring all content is kept up to date
Send out all impact reports in a timely and accurate way
Skills & Experience
Essential
Some office experience , ideally 6 months + whether as an intern, work experience or part time job
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small, dynamic team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation tools (PowerPoint essential; Canva desirable).
Professional, friendly, and adaptable, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Desirable
Experience with programme delivery, or school/corporate engagement.
Familiarity with project management principles.
Knowledge of data collection and impact reporting.
