We're looking for an experienced and motivated

Accounts Executive

to join our Sales & Account Management team! This is a role to cover the South West of England and South Wales, with regular travel across the South West and Wales. A company car or car allowance is included.

Your Role:



As an Accounts Executive, you'll play a key part in managing and developing customer relationships across the South West and Wales. This is a dynamic role that blends account management, customer service, and sales.

Your responsibilities will include:



Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers

Managing customer accounts and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention

Conducting regular site visits and acting as the key point of contact

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

Providing accurate estimates, proposals and updates

Liaising with internal departments to meet customer requirements

Keeping clear records of all customer interactions

Your Skills and Experience:



Proven experience in account management

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

A proactive and organised approach with great attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritise tasks

Comfortable travelling regularly within the region

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

A full UK driving licence is essential
