Aspect Group Services Ltd are currently seeking an Accounts Junior to join the team. Assisting the Accounts team and performing general administrative duties, the post holder will gain valuable experience in all areas of finance.
You'll be assisting with:
-Sales Ledger: Issue invoices/credit notes, process payments, manage customer accounts and credit scores.
-Purchase Ledger: Process supplier invoices, reconcile statements, run payments, monitor credit scores, support waste management KPIs.
-Subcontractors: Set up accounts, process claims, manage insurance documentation.
-Expenses & Timesheets: Handle expense claims, credit card reconciliations, petty cash, and timesheet submissions.
-General Admin: Maintain leave records, track absences, set up project codes, and provide ad-hoc finance support.

-Strong literacy and numeracy skills
-Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
-Clear and confident communication with strong interpersonal abilities
-A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
-A basic understanding of accounting principles
