We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Account Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the smooth operation of our finance and client accounts. Responsibilities
Manage and update client account information using data entry techniques
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Prepare and process invoices
Preparing quotes for customers
Handle incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, providing excellent customer service
Utilise Microsoft Office Suite, to prepare reports, invoices, and financial documents
Organise and maintain filing systems both electronically and physically for easy retrieval of information
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and supporting team members
Perform general clerical duties including typing, photocopying, scanning
Requirements
Proven office experience with strong organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with Sage Accounts software is desirable
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently within deadlines
Competent in typing with a good command of written English
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
