Sales and purchase ledger using Xero accounts package.
Experienced in accounting package XERO
AAT Level 2 / 3 preferred
Prepare and monitor sales & purchase ledger
. Prepare and monitor aged receivables and aged debtors
Produce weekly engineers time sheets on excel. (Full training will be given)
Maintain up-to-date employee holiday records
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports P&L, Balance Sheet etc
. Develop and maintain an account's filing system
Microsoft Office / Excel knowledge a must.
Assist in various office administrative duties such as:
. Produce site health & safety documents / RAMS (Full training will be given)
Answer and direct phone calls
Maintain customer contact lists
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, email's and forms
Order office supplies
Book travel arrangements
Provide information by answering questions and requests
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc
Maintain computer and manual filing systems
Reply to email, telephone enquiries
Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
Resolve administrative problems
Receive, sort and distribute the mail
Greet and assist visitors to the office
Hours of work to be discussed to suit
Salary dependent on age and experience.
