Responsibilities
Assist in managing daily office operations and administrative tasks.
Maintain organised filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Support financial processes by using Sage 50 for bookkeeping tasks.
Provide clerical support to senior staff as required.
Skills
Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in computerised systems, including Microsoft Office and excel.
Familiarity with Sage 50 is preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Attention to detail in all aspects of work, especially in data entry and documentation.
Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is a must.
