Are you organised, detail-oriented, and looking to be part of a close-knit team? We're a small, family-run meat company based in Annan, and we're looking for a reliable

Accounts Office Assistant

to support our day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Processing invoices, purchase orders, and sales records Processing export paperwork Managing accounts payable and receivable Bank reconciliations and petty cash handling Assisting with payroll preparation Maintaining accurate financial records Supporting general office administration

What We're Looking For:



Previous experience in an accounts or admin role (preferred) Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Sage, Business Central, or similar) Strong attention to detail and good numeracy skills Friendly, team-oriented attitude Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
