Accounts Payable & Treasury Support - 6 Month Fixed-Term Contract

About the Role
At World Kinect company we're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Coordinator to join our Gibraltar Finance team on a temporary basis. This role provides essential support across accounts payable and treasury functions, ensuring smooth financial operations for both Land and Marine segments of Gib Oil.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the Accounts Payable process for Gib Oil, including invoice recording and inventory purchase tracking. Execute monthly payment runs and Direct Debit originations for GO Card customers. Monitor cash balances, liaise with local banks, and coordinate with Group Treasury. Prepare and submit Fuel Duty reports via the Asycuda system; manage customs queries. Perform fuel purchase and duty reconciliations for month-end close. Support Elevate transition activities and assist with customer account follow-ups. Provide general financial support as needed by the Gibraltar team.

What You'll BringStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. Collaborative mindset with a team-first attitude. Fluent in English (verbal and written); Spanish proficiency is a plus. Proficiency in MS Excel (functions, formulas, data analysis) and MS Word. Experience with Accounting ERPs (e.g., Oracle) is advantageous.
