We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Associate to join our Global Finance team in our Office in Cheadle Hulme.

As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will play a vital part in the end-to-end accounts payable process, reconciling statements, resolving queries and processing expenses as well as assisting with reporting using Excel and working to KPI's.

What you will be doing



Process all invoices, ensuring they are coded correctly within the ERP system Reconciliation of supplier statements Communicating with global sites to ensure due diligence and authorisation of all queried invoices Ensure the supplier database is kept up to date, in accordance with agreed procedures Process weekly and monthly payment runs, in accordance with the agreed procedures Produces exception reporting as defined by the reporting requirements Maintain and record direct debit payments, including a monthly reconciliation Manage the Travel and Expense systems and ensuring all processes are up to date Other duties that may be required from time to time

We are looking for someone who:



has got previous experience in working as part of the accounts payable team is customer service oriented and confident in handing customer interaction is keen to learn and develop their skills and get involved in project work is competent using Microsoft Office and Excel in particular has previous NetSuite and/or Concur experience, though not essential this would definitely be a plus.
