About the role:




As Accounts Payable Lead, you'll provide steadfast and supportive leadership to the Accounts Payable team, sharing your experience and knowledge of this field. Reporting into our Transactional Finance Manager you'll oversee the daily operation of the team, ensuring a high standard of accuracy and compliance with company policies and SLAs, as well as building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships.


Based in

Avonmouth

on a

hybrid working

basis - 2 days per week in the office


Compensation -

What you will be doing:




Ensure all daily activities are actioned within agreed timescales and in line with agreed SLAs Produce all AP Reporting, including Balance Sheet reconciliations Manage a team of 5, driving performance and team development Support the Transactional Finance Manager, assisting with identifying and implementing control-based improvements to processes and systems Partner with teams across the business to improve data quality and process

About you:




Experience of team leadership within Accounts Payable environments Experience of driving process and system improvements A deep understanding of accounting principles and Accounts Payable processes Strong interpersonal skills, with confidence to communicate with stakeholders across the business Knowledge of GRNI process Must have an existing right of eligibility to work in the UK
