About the Venue:

Part of Oak View Group (OVG), Rhubarb is a premium hospitality collective specialising in luxury event catering, restaurant dining and hospitality. Rhubarb deliver unique dining and venue management at some of the worlds most iconic locations.
Role Purpose:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Manager to oversee the end-to-end AP function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Coupa, NetSuite, and Concur, and a strong understanding of AP best practices and controls.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the Accounts Payable team, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Review and approve high-value or complex invoices, payment runs, and vendor setups. Drive process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce errors using automation tools and system features. Collaborate with Procurement and Finance teams to resolve discrepancies and improve end-to-end Procure-to-Pay workflow. Train, mentor, and support the development of AP staff. Participate in the preparation and monitoring of cash flow projections to ensure timely payments.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; AAT qualified or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA preferred 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proficiency in Coupa, NetSuite, and Concur. Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Desirable Skills

Experience in hospitality or large venues catering environments Background in multinational companies, with exposure to cross-border operations
