An amazing opportunity has arisen at Reform Electrical Distributors as an accounts & sales administrator.
The role consists of all areas of supporting with the companies financial, purchasing and sales administrative activities. The role will involve the below:
. Organising supplier payments and remittances
. Ensuring commercial terms are adhered to
. Matching and batching purchase ledger invoices
. Reconciliation of expenses and bank statements
. Assisting with month ends
. To support with the running of payroll
. Managing and chasing debtors
. Processing and organising debit and credit notes
. Any other administrative or sales duty required
The ideal candidate will be trustworthy and have an eye for attention to detail. They will have an understanding of the accounts processes and procedures to ensure an effective and efficient back office operation.
With Reform Electrical being established for coming up to three years, not all of the processes and procedures are created and document. So you will be required to use your initiative and be proactive with supporting the growth of the administrative arm of the business.
There are growth plans in place to exponentially scale the business. Therefore the team, your role and responsibilities will evolve over time inline with this.
. The role comes with an annual bonus profit share
. Monday-Friday 7am-5pm (1 Hour Lunch)
. The opportunity to contribute your ideas to help grow the business
. 29-34k Base salary DOE
. Opportunities to progress through the business and create/ manage a team
