We are currently recruiting for an Queries Administrator to join the Credit Control Department in our Middlesbrough office.
Duties include:
General admin duties
Submitting refunds for approval to customer accounts
Handling calls from other depts and clients
Dealing with invoice queries and disputes
Dealing with queries - either by telephone or email
The ideal candidate must have:
Good attention to detail
Strong organisational skills
Can-do attitude
Good computer skills
Ideally have worked in the finance/accounts sector
