We are an Electrical Company Based in Banstead, Surrey and are looking for an Accounts Supervisor to join our team.
You will supervise and support the day-to-day functions of the accounts department in both Sales and Purchase Ledgers and ensure that all operations within the accounts department run smoothly.
Responsibilities
Supervising and supporting the accounts team.
Processing Purchase Invoice.
Processing Sales Invoices
CIS Return
VAT Return
Chasing Debt
Bank Reconciliation
Processing Payments
Experience
Proven experience in an accounting role, with a strong understanding of accounts processes.
Proficiency in accounting software, including Sage is essential.
Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
AAT Level 4 of equivalent is mandatory.
A Minimun of 4 Year's experience in accounts and of the above tasks.
Accounts Construction Industry experience is essential.
This role is full time, permanent and Office based.
37.5 hours Per Week
Holiday is 26 days per year + Bank Holidays
