Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management and statutory accounts
- Bank, card and cash reconciliations
- Prepare profit and loss statements
- Administration of monthly budgeting alongside the management team
- Compliance on legal/regulatory compliance/returns in the UK & ROI. E.g. VAT returns, government surveys, company filing etc
- Responsible for monthly PAYE
- Management of both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Ability to work effectively both alone and in a team environment
- Ability to work productively and flexibly under pressure while meeting deadlines and the demands of the business
- Excellent IT skills with Advanced MS Excel skills and experience with Ecommerce Reporting
- Experience of Sage 50 Accounts
- Strong communication skills
