Product Costing Analysis:
Calculate, monitor and update product costs to ensure profitability and accuracy in financial reporting
Cost Centre Analysis:
Analyse expenditure by cost centre, identifying trends and variances for management reporting
Producing nominal ledger journals as required for above
Month end stocktakes:
Prepare for and calculate monthly stock counts
Investigate any queries/discrepancies
Raising Invoices:
Generate sales invoices in a timely manner and accurate manner
Ad-hoc Analysis:
Prepare and deliver ad hoc analysis when required to support business needs
General Office Duties:
Provide administrative support including filing, correspondence and other routine office tasks as required

Ability to maintain an eye for detail, ensuring all activities are completed accurately and efficiently.
Confident in both written and verbal communication, ensuring excellent customer service is provided.
Meet deadlines by possessing good time management and organisational skills.
Ability to perform well both individually and as part of a team.
Maintain confidentiality in all areas of work.
Qualifications Required:
Proven experience in an accounts or finance related role.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
AAT Level 4
