About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate
CBT Therapist
to join our team. This role involves delivering
one-to-one therapy
, primarily to adults, with occasional work across different age groups. The position is currently remote but will shift to a
hybrid model
, so candidates must be
based in or near Glasgow
.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide evidence-based therapy using CBT approaches.
Conduct approximately client sessions on a weekly basis (depending on contracted hours).
Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records.
Participate in regular clinical supervision and team meetings.
Support service quality through reflective practice and collaboration.
Contract Options & Client Load:
(Core hours are defined by client facing time, writing reports, or supervision)
7.5 hours/week:
- 6 core hours weekly
15 hours/week:
- 12 core hours weekly
22.5 hours/week:
- 18 core hours weekly
37.5 Hours/week:
- 24 core hours weekly
Salary:
Competitive hourly rate,
commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Annual salary will be calculated
pro-rata
based on contracted hours.
Annual Leave:
Pro-rata
holiday entitlement based on 30 days per year
, including public holidays.
Essential Requirements:
Accreditation
(BACP or BABCP non-negotiable).
Proven experience delivering CBT therapy.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work remotely and transition to a hybrid model.
Desirable:
Experience working with a range of age groups.
EMDR Training
Flexibility in scheduling and modality.
